By accessing or continuing to use our Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement, applicable provincial and federal laws, and any additional requirements imposed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO).

2. Legal Jurisdiction

All gaming operations within Ontario are conducted under the supervision of the AGCO and iGO. These activities are governed by the Gaming Control Act and must adhere to the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming.

Access to our Services is restricted to individuals physically located within Ontario who are 19 years of age or older. Users must ensure compliance with geolocation requirements and must not bypass regional restrictions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal details during registration.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate or shared accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or prohibited from gambling under Ontario law.
  • We may request identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial privacy standards.

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to verification processes in line with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • The use of any automated tools, including bots, scripts, or emulators, is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent actions, including abuse of bonuses or collusion, will result in immediate suspension and possible permanent closure of the account.
  • You may not allow any third party to access your account, nor may you access the platform on behalf of another individual.

8. Player Conduct

All users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour when engaging with support teams or other players. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive activity may lead to temporary suspension or permanent account deactivation, depending on the severity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain reliable and secure access, we make no guarantees or representations regarding uninterrupted availability, performance, or error-free operation of our Services. Use is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caddttree Limited and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from access to, or use of, the Services — including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential harm. This applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
